The Nano Wallet Referral Program (the "Program") allows eligible Nano Wallet users to receive a promotional reward for referring new customers to Nano Wallet. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms, Nano Wallet's User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Nano Wallet reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time.
The Nano Wallet Referral Program allows eligible Nano Wallet users to receive a promotional reward for referring new customers to Nano Wallet. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms, Nano Wallet's User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Nano Wallet reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time.
To participate, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Be a legal resident of the United States • Successfully complete identity verification (KYC) • Maintain an account in good standing • Not be subject to U.S. sanctions Nano Wallet may restrict participation in certain states where required by law.
A referral qualifies only if the referred user: 1. Registers using your unique referral link or code 2. Completes identity verification (KYC) 3. Deposits at least $50 USD equivalent (fiat or supported digital asset) 4. Maintains an active paid subscription for at least one full billing cycle All conditions must be completed within 30 days of registration. Nano Wallet retains sole discretion to determine eligibility.
Once all requirements are satisfied: • The Referrer receives $25 USD promotional credit • The Referred Customer receives $25 USD promotional credit Important: • Rewards are promotional credits, not interest • Rewards are not guaranteed until credited • Rewards are non-transferable • Rewards may be reversed in cases of fraud or abuse • Rewards may be subject to withdrawal or usage restrictions
• Each referral code may be used a maximum number of times as determined by Nano Wallet • Self-referrals are not permitted • Nano Wallet may impose daily, weekly, or monthly limits on referral rewards • Referral codes may not be posted on coupon or deal websites • Nano Wallet reserves the right to disqualify any referral at its sole discretion
The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral program • Using automated systems or bots to generate referrals • Misrepresenting the program terms to potential referrals • Any form of spam or unsolicited communication to generate referrals • Colluding with referred users to fraudulently obtain rewards Violation of these terms may result in forfeiture of rewards, account suspension, or termination.
Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards received through this Program. Nano Wallet may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-MISC) as required by law.
Nano Wallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes to these terms will be effective upon posting. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Pending rewards at the time of program termination will be honored if all qualification criteria were met before the termination date.
